Small habits that save a lot of clicking.

Everywhere in the workspace

Shortcut	What it does
⌘K (macOS) / Ctrl+K	Open quick search — jump to a page or a record
Esc	Close the open dialog, drawer or palette
Ctrl/⌘ + Shift + 2	Take a screenshot of the current screen, annotate it and attach it to a ticket

Quick search is deliberately disabled inside team chat, where the same keys belong to the conversation.

In team chat

Shortcut	What it does
Enter	Send the message
Shift + Enter	New line instead of sending
@	Mention somebody — they are notified even in a muted channel

Markdown works in the message box:

In lists

Action	How
Sort	Select a column heading; select again to reverse
Filter	Type in the search box, or add a filter chip
Open a record	Select the blue text in the row
Select several	Tick the checkboxes, then use the bulk action that appears

In the browser

Shortcut	Note
Back	Works as you would expect — the workspace keeps its own history
Refresh	Safe on every page except /assets, which the web server currently refuses on a direct load. Reach it from the menu instead (why)
Bookmark	Every page address in this guide is bookmarkable
